Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please, choose your items thoughtfully. Take note on the dimensions and all information before purchase. Feel free to contact us with any questions
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Due to the high shipping cost we don't offer free returns to the international customers outside of US. Return shipping fee will be subtracted from your order total. No restocking fees will be applied.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All custom made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Contact us with your email address and order number with a request to return or exchange.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that will be provided to you by email.
- Securely tape it to the mailer/box.
- Drop off package at the USPS mail collection bin.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
